Microchip Technology R25 Series R25100 is a high-performance rectifier diode designed for demanding applications. This stud mount component, housed in a DO-4 (DO-203AA) package, offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 1000 V and a substantial average rectified current handling capability of 25 A. With a forward voltage drop of 1.1 V at 30 A, it exhibits efficient power conversion. The device features a reverse leakage current of only 10 µA at 1000 V, ensuring minimal power loss in the off-state. Operating across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 200°C, the R25100 is suitable for industrial power supplies, motor control, and welding equipment.
