Microchip Technology JANS2N3500L is an NPN bipolar junction transistor with a 150V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 300mA. This military-grade component, qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/366, offers a power dissipation of 1W and features a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 40 at 150mA and 10V. The saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) is a maximum of 400mV at 15mA base current and 150mA collector current. The TO-205AA (TO-5-3 Metal Can) package is suitable for through-hole mounting and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 200°C.
