Microchip Technology JANTX2N2324S is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for demanding applications. This through-hole component, packaged in a TO-5 metal can (TO-205AA), offers a 100V blocking voltage. It features a low gate trigger current (Igt) of 200 µA maximum and a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 800 mV maximum, facilitating activation with minimal drive. The device maintains an on-state current (It(AV)) of 220 mA maximum and a hold current (Ih) of 2 mA maximum. Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/276 and meeting military-grade standards, the JANTX2N2324S operates within a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C.
