Microchip Technology JAN2N2326AS is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high-reliability applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-39 (TO-205AD) metal can package, offers a 200V off-state voltage and a maximum on-state average current of 220 mA.
