Microchip Technology JAN2N2324S is a military-grade Standard Recovery SCR with a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 100V. This through-hole device, packaged in a TO-205AA (TO-5) metal can, features a low gate trigger current (IGT) of 200 µA (max) and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 800 mV (max). The holding current (IH) is a maximum of 2 mA, with a low off-state current (ID) of 10 µA (max).
