Microchip Technology JAN2N2324 is a standard recovery silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for demanding applications. This through-hole device, packaged in a TO-5 metal can (TO-205AA), offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 100V. It features a low gate trigger current of 200 µA (max) and a gate trigger voltage of 800 mV (max), facilitating reliable turn-on. The hold current is rated at 2 mA (max), with a maximum off-state current of 10 µA. Its non-repetitive surge current capability is 15A at 60Hz. Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/276, this military-grade component operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 125°C.
