Microchip Technology's ZigBit™ ATZB-S1-256-3-0-UR is a 2.4GHz 802.15.4 RF transceiver module supporting the Zigbee® protocol. With a transmit power of 3.5dBm and a sensitivity of -97dBm, the ATZB-S1-256-3-0-UR achieves a data rate of 2Mbps. Supporting multiple serial interfaces including ISP, JTAG, SPI, UART, and USART, this module is suitable for applications in smart home automation, industrial control, and wireless sensor networks. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
