The Microchip Technology DSC8123DI2-PROGRAMMABLE is a highly configurable, MEMS-based XO oscillator. This device offers a wide output frequency range from 10 MHz to 460 MHz with excellent frequency stability of ±25ppm across its operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Featuring an LVDS output and an enable/disable function, the DSC8123 series operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, drawing a maximum of 32mA. Its compact 6-SMD, No Lead package (2.50mm x 2.00mm) with a height of 0.90mm is ideal for space-constrained surface-mount applications. Certified to AEC-Q100 standards, this oscillator is well-suited for automotive and industrial control systems.
