Microchip Technology's DSC8122 series programmable MEMS oscillator offers a highly stable and configurable clock solution. This LVPECL output device supports frequencies from 10 MHz to 460 MHz with a total frequency stability of ±25ppm. Featuring an Enable/Disable function, the DSC8122DI2-PROGRAMMABLE operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, drawing a maximum of 58mA. Its compact 6-SMD, No Lead package (2.50mm x 2.00mm) and a seated height of 0.90mm are ideal for surface mount applications. The component is AEC-Q100 qualified, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments, as well as industrial and telecommunications systems. The device is programmed to your specified frequency.
