The Microchip Technology MIC2077-2BM is a dual power distribution switch IC offering two independent 1:2 configurable channels. Each channel supports a maximum output current of 500mA and features N-Channel MOSFETs with a typical Rds(on) of 100mOhm. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device provides slew rate control for reduced inrush current and a status flag output for monitoring. Control is managed via a simple ON/OFF interface.
