Microchip Technology's MM8™ series MIC2025-2FBM is a general-purpose N-channel power switch designed for high-side load driving. This device features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and a maximum output current of 500mA. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The MIC2025-2FBM offers slew rate control for smoother switching and includes a status flag for monitoring output conditions. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V load voltage and has a typical ON resistance of 90mOhm. The switch type is N-channel, and the interface is controlled via an ON/OFF pin.
