Microchip Technology's SM82S191-3C is a 2048 x 8 bit One-Time Programmable (OTP) Read-Only Memory (ROM). This asynchronous device offers an 80ns maximum access time and operates with TTL logic levels. The memory organization is 2K words by 8 bits, providing a total density of 16 Kbits. The SM82S191 series component is housed in a 24-lead Ceramic Dual In-line Package (CDIP24) with through-hole termination.
