Microchip Technology's AT27LV520-70SU is a 512Kbit (64K x 8) CMOS One-Time Programmable (OTP) Read-Only Memory. This asynchronous device offers a maximum access time of 70ns and operates from a 3.0V to 3.6V supply, with a nominal 3.3V operation. The AT27LV520 series also supports operation at a 5V supply. Packaged in a 20-lead PDSO (Shrink Small Outline Package) with a 1.27mm terminal pitch, it is suitable for surface-mount applications.
