Microchip Technology PIC® 32MX series PIC32MX230F256DT-V-TL is a 32-bit microcontroller featuring a MIPS32® M4K™ core operating at 40MHz. This AEC-Q100 qualified device offers 256KB of FLASH program memory and 16KB of RAM. It supports multiple communication interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART/USART, USB OTG, LINbus, IrDA, and PMP.
