Microchip Technology PIC® 32MX PIC32MX130F064CT-V-TL is a 32-bit microcontroller featuring a MIPS32® M4K™ core operating at 40MHz. This AEC-Q100 qualified device offers 64KB of FLASH program memory and 16KB of RAM, suitable for demanding automotive applications.
