Microchip Technology's AVR® ATmega series ATMEGA168-15AT is an 8-bit microcontroller with a 16MHz AVR core. This AEC-Q100 qualified device features 16KB of FLASH program memory (8K x 16) and 1KB of SRAM. Connectivity options include I2C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces. The peripheral set includes POR, PWM, and WDT, along with Brown-out Detect/Reset functionality. Data conversion is supported by 8x10-bit Analog-to-Digital converters. With 23 general-purpose I/O pins, it is suitable for automotive applications.
