Microchip Technology ATA664251-WGQW is an 8-bit AVR® ATA66 LIN-SBC microcontroller featuring a 16MHz AVR core. This device offers 16KB of FLASH program memory and 512 bytes of RAM, complemented by 512 bytes of EEPROM for data storage.
