Microchip Technology's AVR® 90SCR series AT90SCR100H-ALR is an 8-bit microcontroller featuring a 48MHz AVR core. This device offers 64KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of RAM, complemented by 4KB of EEPROM. Integrated peripherals include I2C, SmartCard, SPI, UART/USART, and USB connectivity. The AT90SCR100H-ALR also incorporates a suite of peripherals such as Brown-out Detect/Reset, DMA, LED control, POR, PWM, and WDT. Designed for surface mount installation within a 64-LQFP (10x10) package, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The supply voltage is configurable from 2.4V to 5.5V.
