The Microchip Technology ATSAME54P20 series SAME54P20A-AFT is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a CORTEX-M4F core operating up to 100MHz. This CMOS device offers 1MB of FLASH program memory and 262KB of data RAM, with 32 DMA channels for efficient data transfer.
