Microchip Technology's SAME53J18A-MZT is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a 100MHz ARM Cortex-M4F processor with DSP instructions and a floating-point unit. This device offers 262KB of FLASH program memory and 131KB of SRAM, supported by 32 DMA channels for efficient data transfer. Peripherals include up to six I2C, LIN, RS485, and SPI interfaces, along with I2S, Ethernet, MMC, SD, QSPI, and multiple USARTs. It incorporates a 16-channel 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and two 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs). Additional integrated peripherals consist of a Real-Time Clock (RTC), Watchdog Timer (WDT), Brown-Out Detector (BOD), Power-On Reset (POR), and four comparators. Designed for operation between -40°C and 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.71V to 3.63V. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is suitable for automotive, industrial automation, and IoT applications. The component is housed in a 64-pin HVQCCN package.
