The Microchip Technology SAMD20 series SAMD20J16A-CNT is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a Cortex-M0 CPU operating at up to 32MHz. This CMOS device offers 65KB of FLASH program memory and 8KB of on-chip data RAM.
