Microchip Technology PIC17C42 Series 8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring 2048 words of OTPROM program memory and 232 bytes of data RAM. This CMOS device operates at a maximum clock frequency of 8MHz, supported by four timers, two PWM modules, a watchdog timer, and a Power-on Reset circuit. It offers 33 general-purpose I/O lines and a 16-bit address bus width. Connectivity includes a USART module.
