Microchip Technology PIC16F753-I-ST is an 8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a PIC16 CPU core. This CMOS device operates at up to 20MHz from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. It includes 3584 bytes of FLASH program memory and 128 bytes of data RAM. Integrated peripherals also include an 8-channel 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and a 1-channel 9-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). Low-power operation is supported, with functionality at 3Vmin @ 10MHz and 2Vmin @ 8MHz. The PIC16F753 series finds application in industrial automation and consumer electronics.
