Microchip Technology ATXMEGA128A3-MU is an 8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller featuring 131KB of FLASH program memory and 8KB of SRAM. This device operates at a maximum clock frequency of 32MHz and supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, with minimum operation at 1.6V and 12MHz.
