Microchip Technology's ATSAML10D16A-MZ is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an ARM Cortex-M23 processor operating at up to 32MHz. This device offers 64KB of FLASH program memory and 16KB of SRAM. On-chip peripherals include 8 DMA channels, 3 timers, a real-time clock, watchdog timer, brown-out detector, and power-on reset.
