Microchip Technology's ATSAMDA1E16B-MZT is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a Cortex-M0+ CPU operating at up to 48MHz. This device integrates 65KB of FLASH program memory and 8KB of SRAM, supporting a wide range of peripherals including twelve DMA channels, eight timers, four USARTs, four SPI interfaces, four I2C interfaces, and an I2S interface.
