Microchip Technology's ATSAMD20G15B-MZ, part of the ATSAMD20 series, is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a Cortex-M0 CPU operating at up to 48MHz. This CMOS device offers 32KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of on-chip SRAM. It includes a rich set of peripherals such as six SERCOM modules for flexible serial communication, six timers, two comparators, a real-time clock (RTC), brown-out detection (BOD), power-on reset (POR), and a watchdog timer (WDT). For analog interfacing, it provides fourteen 12-bit ADC channels and one 10-bit DAC channel. The microcontroller is housed in a 48-pin PQCC package with a 0.50mm terminal pitch and supports a supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V. Designed for demanding applications, it is AEC-Q100 qualified and suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors.
