Microchip Technology presents the ATSAMD20G14B-AZ, a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller. This device features 16KB of Flash program memory and 2KB of SRAM, operating at up to 48MHz. It includes 38 general-purpose I/O lines, six SERCOM serial communication interfaces supporting USART, SPI, and I2C protocols, and six timers. The ATSAMD20G14B-AZ is equipped with a 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with 14 channels and a 10-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). Peripherals include Brown-Out Detection (BOD), two Comparators, Power-On Reset (POR), Real-Time Clock (RTC), and Watchdog Timer (WDT). This AEC-Q100 qualified component is housed in a 48-pin TQFP package with a 0.5mm terminal pitch, suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. It supports a supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
