Microchip Technology presents the ATSAMC20N17A-AZT, a 32-bit RISC microcontroller from the ATSAMC20 series. This device features an ARM Cortex-M0 CPU operating at up to 48MHz, integrated with 131KB of FLASH program memory and 16KB of data RAM. It includes 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters across 12 channels and 12 DMA channels for efficient data handling. Connectivity options are robust, with 8 SERCOM interfaces supporting multiple serial protocols. The component is housed in a 100-lead Thin Fine-Pitch Quad Flat Package (TFQFP) with a 0.5mm terminal pitch, suitable for surface-mount applications. Designed for operation within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range and a supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, it is AEC-Q100 qualified, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications. Peripherals include brown-out detection, comparators, and multiple timers.
