Microchip Technology's ATSAMC20J18A-AUS2 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ based RISC microcontroller featuring 262KB of Flash program memory and 32KB of SRAM. This device operates at up to 48MHz, incorporating multiple peripherals including six DMA channels, eight timers, two analog comparators, and a peripheral event system. It offers 52 general-purpose I/O lines and four SERCOM modules that can be configured as USART, SPI, or I2C interfaces. The integrated 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter provides 12 channels for data acquisition. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a 64-lead TQFP package (JESD30 Code S-PQFP-G64) with a 0.5mm terminal pitch. Typical applications span industrial automation, IoT devices, and consumer electronics. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C with a supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V.
