Microchip Technology ATSAM4S2CB-CFUR is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based RISC microcontroller. This device features 128KB of Flash program memory and 32KB of SRAM. Operating at up to 120MHz, it offers a rich peripheral set including multiple ADCs, DACs, DMA channels, and PWM generators. The ATSAM4S2 series microcontroller provides 79 user-definable I/O lines and supports an 8-bit external data bus.
