The Microchip Technology ATMEGA1609-MUR-VAO is an 8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR CPU capable of operating at up to 20MHz. This device utilizes FLASH technology for its program memory, offering 16KB of storage with an 8-bit program memory width. It includes 2KB of on-chip data RAM and 256 bytes of Data EEPROM.
