The Microchip Technology ATMEGA128A-AU-HCM is an 8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller featuring 131KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of data EEPROM. This CMOS device operates at up to 16MHz with a supply voltage range of 5.0V to 5.5V, and also supports operation at 2.7V minimum at 8MHz. It offers 53 I/O lines, two USARTs, I2C, and SPI connectivity. On-chip peripherals include four timers, six PWM channels, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, a 1-channel 10-bit DAC, Brown-Out Detection (BOD), Power-on Reset (POR), Real-Time Counter (RTC), and Watchdog Timer (WDT). Boundary scan is supported. This microcontroller is housed in a 64-lead TQFP package with a 0.80mm terminal pitch, suitable for applications in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and automotive systems.
