Microchip Technology's MIC94355-MYMT-TR is a Ripple Blocker™ linear voltage regulator. This positive, fixed-output device delivers 500mA with a 2.8V output voltage. It features a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 500mA and a quiescent current of 250 µA. Protection includes over-current and over-temperature capabilities.
