Microchip Technology's MIC94345-4YMT-T5 is a Ripple Blocker™ series linear voltage regulator. This single-output, positive fixed voltage device provides 500mA of current with a 1.2V output. It features a low quiescent current of 250 µA and a voltage dropout of 0.2V at 500mA. The regulator is designed for surface mounting within a 6-TDFN (1.6x1.6) package, supplied on tape and reel. Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature. The device offers excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) ranging from 85dB at 100Hz to 50dB at 5MHz.
