The Microchip Technology MIC94310-SYMT-T5 is a Ripple Blocker™ series linear voltage regulator. This fixed 3.3V output device delivers 200mA with a low quiescent current of 250 µA. Featuring a minimal 0.1V dropout voltage at 200mA, it operates from an input voltage up to 3.6V. Protection is provided against over current and over temperature conditions. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance ranging from 85dB to 50dB across a 100Hz to 10MHz frequency band. Its 4-UFDFN exposed pad package facilitates efficient heat dissipation. This component is suitable for applications in industrial and consumer electronics where noise-sensitive circuits require stable power delivery.
