The Microchip Technology MIC94310-PYMT-T5 is a high-performance, low quiescent current linear voltage regulator from the Ripple Blocker™ series. This positive fixed output device provides a stable 3V output with a maximum current capability of 200mA. Designed for demanding applications, it features excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 85dB at 100Hz to 50dB at 10MHz, making it ideal for filtering noise in sensitive circuitry. The regulator operates from an input voltage range up to 3.6V and exhibits a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 200mA. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown. The device is supplied in a compact 4-TDFN (1.2x1.6) package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal management, suitable for surface mounting.
