Microchip Technology's MIC94310-PYM5-T5 is a Ripple Blocker™ series linear voltage regulator designed for applications demanding superior power supply noise rejection. This single-output, positive fixed voltage regulator provides a stable 3V output with a maximum current capability of 200mA. The device features a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at 200mA, minimizing power dissipation. Key protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With an impressive PSRR of 85dB at 100Hz down to 50dB at 10MHz, it effectively filters out input voltage ripple. The quiescent current is rated at 250 µA.
