The Microchip Technology MIC94310-MYM5-T5 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator from the Ripple Blocker™ series. This device provides a stable 2.8V output with a maximum current capability of 200mA. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A, SOT-753) package on tape and reel. Key features include an enable pin for control, an output voltage dropout of only 0.1V at 200mA, and a quiescent current of 250 µA.
