Microchip Technology's MIC94310-LYMT-T5 is a high-performance linear voltage regulator from the Ripple Blocker™ series. This fixed output regulator provides a stable 2.7V at up to 200mA, with a characteristic dropout voltage of just 0.1V at the maximum output current. Designed for efficiency, it exhibits a quiescent current of 250 µA. The device features an enable pin for power management and offers robust protection against overcurrent and overtemperature conditions. Its excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) across a wide frequency range (85dB to 50dB from 100Hz to 10MHz) makes it suitable for noise-sensitive applications.
