Microchip Technology's MIC94310-FYMT-T5 is a fixed 1.5V positive linear voltage regulator from the Ripple Blocker™ series, delivering up to 200mA output current. This low dropout regulator features a typical quiescent current of 250 µA and boasts excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 85dB at 100Hz to 50dB at 10MHz. The device includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Its minimal 0.1V dropout voltage at 200mA makes it suitable for battery-powered applications.
