The Microchip Technology MIC5524-3-3YMT-T5 is a very high PSRR, low-noise LDO voltage regulator. This fixed 3.3V output device delivers 500mA with a typical dropout voltage of 0.5V at 500mA. Featuring an enable pin for power sequencing and low quiescent current of 55µA, it is well-suited for battery-powered applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator operates from an input voltage range up to 5.5V and across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
