Microchip Technology's MIC5387-SGFYMT-TR is a triple output low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides fixed positive outputs of 1.5V, 1.8V, and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The regulator features enable control for each output and quiescent current of 40µA, with a maximum supply current of 120µA. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The voltage dropout is rated at 0.38V for the 1.5V and 1.8V outputs at 150mA, and 0.31V for the 3.3V output at 150mA. It operates efficiently across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and accepts an input voltage up to 5.5V. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) reaches 70dB to 60dB from 1kHz to 10kHz.
