The Microchip Technology MIC5385-SGFYMT-TR is a triple output, fixed-voltage linear regulator. This 8-TMLF® (2x2) package device delivers three independent positive voltage rails at 150mA each. The MIC5385-SGFYMT-TR features low quiescent current of 120 µA and provides excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 50dB across the 1kHz to 10kHz frequency range. Dropout voltage is specified at 0.38V for the 1.5V and 1.8V outputs at 150mA, and 0.31V for the 3.3V output at 150mA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. This component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and battery-powered devices. The device operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
