The Microchip Technology MIC5375-2-8YC5-TR is a fixed output voltage linear regulator. This positive fixed output regulator delivers 150mA with a typical dropout voltage of 0.2V at 150mA. It features an enable pin for power control and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 50dB across the 1kHz to 10kHz frequency range. Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown. The device operates from a 5.5V maximum input voltage and has very low quiescent current of 45 µA. Supplied in a compact SC-70-5 (SOT-353) package on tape and reel, it is suitable for surface mount applications.
