Microchip Technology MIC5373-MG4YMT-TR is a triple output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides three independent positive voltage outputs of 1.2V, 1.8V, and 2.8V, each capable of delivering up to 200mA. The regulator exhibits a low quiescent current of 20 µA and a typical dropout voltage of 0.45V at 150mA for the 1.2V and 1.8V outputs, and 0.33V at 150mA for the 2.8V output. Key control features include enable functionality and a power-on reset signal. Protection mechanisms such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown are integrated.
