Microchip Technology MIC5371-SSYMT-TR is a dual-output, fixed 3.3V linear voltage regulator. Each output delivers up to 150mA with a low quiescent current of 45 µA. This device features independent enable pins for each output and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 1kHz. Protection includes over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The low dropout voltage, 0.31V at 150mA, is ideal for battery-powered applications. Supplied in a 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package on tape and reel, it is suitable for surface mounting. Applications span consumer electronics, portable devices, and various industrial systems requiring efficient power regulation. Input voltage range is up to 5.5V.
