Microchip Technology MIC5335-SNYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive output voltages of 2.85V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 300mA. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 125 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Dropout voltage is a mere 0.2V at the maximum output current. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 65dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range makes it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The MIC5335-SNYMT-TR is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package, ideal for surface-mount applications in power management for portable electronics, industrial control systems, and automotive electronics.
