Microchip Technology MIC5335-NDYMT-TR is a dual-output, 300mA LDO linear voltage regulator. This device provides fixed outputs of 1.85V and 2.85V with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Designed for high performance, it features low quiescent current of 125 µA and a maximum supply current of 220 µA. The regulator exhibits excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) ranging from 65dB to 45dB across a 1kHz to 20kHz frequency band. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature capabilities. The low dropout voltage is 0.2V at 300mA for both outputs. The device is supplied in a 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package, suitable for surface mounting. Its performance characteristics make it well-suited for applications in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and portable devices.
