Microchip Technology MIC5335-GWYMT-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator IC designed for efficient power management. This device provides two independent positive outputs, each capable of delivering 300mA. The output voltages are fixed at 1.6V and 1.8V, with a low dropout voltage of 200mV at maximum output current. The regulator features an enable pin for power sequencing and shutdown control. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The quiescent current is a mere 125 µA, and the supply current is a maximum of 220 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. With a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it is well-suited for industrial and automotive applications. The MIC5335-GWYMT-TR is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package on tape and reel.
